The Council for Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI), the Saudi Arabian insurance council has decided to adopt ICD 10 AM for implementation and has given a window time of two years to all the insurance companies and hospitals to implement ICD 10 AM. AR-DRGS will be the DRG system used.
