PHNS is now Anthelio Healthcare Solutions

PHNS a leading coding in the medical healthcare BPO sector has been renamed as Anthelio Healthcare Solutions. PHNS was recently bought by Conjoin Group which renamed the entity as Anthelio Healthcare Solutions. With the new name the company has new plans and amditions. The company plans to reach a headcount of 15,000 by 2015.

This company does not give a rats ass about its employees. There is no training and no communication. Upper Managment lies to the employees eveeyday. They are going to let all the employees go and send the jobs to India. I hope all thier clients kn ow that their Gov't Accounts will be habdled out of India. So much for HIPAA. The Executive Director of the Operations pits employees against each other and does not inform upper management of the real issues.
